At Bridges to Recovery, our massage therapists are experienced with a range of psychological and physical conditions, and work with you to address your specific concerns. You will receive one weekly massage included in the cost of treatment, though additional sessions can be arranged. Massage therapy can be particularly useful for clients who struggle with body issues and mind-body connection, including trauma survivors, and our skilled clinicians practice with great thoughtfulness and empathy to ensure you remain safe and comfortable throughout treatment. Communication is a key element to successful treatment; your massage therapist will discuss your concerns and comfort level prior to starting each session, and modify the massage to accommodate your needs. Your boundaries are always respected as your massage therapist guides you toward emotional and physical wellness.
